We will need to know if you have a preference for side walls. These come in clear or solid. Solids are typically used to hide loo's, generators etc. If you specifically want a certain area in solids please let us know approximate sections and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Set up and Pack down Dates

Please check your online invoice for the most up to date set up and pack down days. If these change we will do our best to give you as much notice as possible to make sure you have time to mow the lawns prior etc. Please confirm you have checked the invoice for these dates.

NO EQUIPMENT SHOULD BE WITHIN 8 INCHES OF THE MARQUEE CANOPY AND SIDE WALLS. THIS INCLUDES AV SPEAKERS, STANDS, SCREENS, FEATURE WALLS ETC. IF ANY OF THE MARQUEE FABRIC HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY ANY OF THE ABOVE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THEN THE CLIENT WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE FULL COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. THE DANCE FLOOR WILL NOT TO BE SETUP OUTSIDE OF THE MARQUEE UNLESS PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED WITH FLAGSHIP. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE DECIDED WHERE THE TENT, AND ADDITIONAL HIRE ITEMS ARE GOING TO BE PLACED BEFORE THE TEAM ARRIVE TO SET UP. WE ARE HAPPY TO ADVISE IF YOU NEED US TO.
